hi! my name is char and i am learning html, for fun and because i want to do things myself because that is more rewarding than using canva or getting someone else to do it. i have been wanting to make a digital journal for a while now, but i have only just gotten myself to do it. this is basically my first time ever coding (is that even the right word?) but i love desgining and creating things. i basically first tried to make a website on canva - which is still live btw (the canva site) but its canva, so it's pretty, but it's really crap, has limitations and i would like all creative freedom and the actual feeling that i know how to code and the fact that i deserve it's prettiness (does that make sense? probably not but i tried conveying how i feel about my first attempt)
